Role Requirement Frameworks and the Modern Award

In 2012 LCSA member organisations and their employees will undertake the full transition to the modern award. The decision of Fair Work Australia on the Equal Remuneration Case will also be handed down.

Transitioning to the Modern Award

The Role Requirement Frameworks do not compete with the reclassification work being undertaken by the ASU in association with Jobs Australia, NDS and NCOSS. Rather they are, rather as complementary to their work.
