LCSA, in partnership with Management Support Online NGO Services, is happy to provide LCSA Management Support Online (LCSA MSO) to current LCSA member centres at a cost of $440.00 per year.
LCSA MSO builds the capabilities of centre staff, volunteers and management committee members by enhancing expertise across the centre, and saving staff time while building operational resources.

LCSA MSO gives managers, boards and committee members, staff and volunteers more time to do what you do best:

• Avoid wasting time, stop reinventing the wheel – download ready to use tools, templates, resources; access comprehensive sets of policies and procedures, adapt them to your needs.
• Build skills and capabilities – over 50 guided skill building sessions, good practice guides and training programs, accessed online - in your office.
• Find out how your organisation is performing – diagnostic assessment tools pin point areas of vulnerability, highlight strengths - helping you to manage risk, take early action.
• Get confidential expert individual assistance – talk through a problem, work through an issue, get feedback on your work.
