LCSA is a non-government, not-for-profit organisation operating within a constitution determined by its members.

As an incorporated association under the NSW Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (the Act), our current constitution was approved by members at a Special General Meeting held on 21 October 2025, and is registered with the NSW Fair Trading.
