Before purchasing LCSA's Policies, please note:

  • LCSA Members need to be logged in to the website to receive member prices.
  • We recommend the Primary Contact of your organisation login to purchase this item as access to view and download the policies will be attached to the purchaser (this can be changed manually by LCSA staff later if requested)
  • If you are logged in as a LCSA Member and do not see Member pricing, do not add this item to your cart, instead contact LCSA staff in order to resolve your account status.
  • Before submitting your order in the checkout, make sure you select the name of your organisation for the "Bill to" option, otherwise the invoice will be made out to you.
  • Once you submit an order to purchase the LCSA Policies, your (organisation's) account will be invoiced for this item and an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
  • To view and/or download your invoice, follow the steps in our HowToGuide.
  • Please pay your invoice for this item by transferring the correct amount into LCSA's bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) within 10 working days (credit card payments are currently not an option). Please use the invoice number as a reference for the payment.
