IFS Conference 2021

IFS Conference 2021
The IFS Conference brings together the global network of Settlements, Neighbourhood Houses and Centres to promote social justice issues at a local, national and international level.

14-17 September 2021

The International Federation of Settlements and Neighbourhood Centres Network invites you to join them at their biennial conference, to be held as a virtual event online.

Hosted by the Local Community Services Association (LCSA) in partnership with the Australian Neighbourhood House & Centres Association (ANHCA), the IFS Conference brings together the global network of Neighbourhood and Community Centres to engage around our theme of “Social Justice: The Unfinished Journey, Global Issues – Local Solutions”.

After the postponement of the IFS Conference in 2020 due to COVID-19, LCSA is thrilled to bring this virtual event to you in 2021.

The virtual program includes:

  • Keynote speakers, panel discussions, interviews, workshops, presentations, breakout sessions, documentary films, networking & entertainment performances
  • Access to over 38 hours of content, broken up into sessions and spread over multiple international time zones – all live streamed and on-demand recordings.

Once registered, attendees will have the option of accessing the conference through an event website platform and/or mobile app to follow the conference program, watch all live and recorded sessions, network with other delegates, engage with sponsors, view conference posters and shared documents, as well as participate in live discussion, polls, and Q&A sessions.
